| Silversea Cruises is firmly positioned at the top of the luxury market, and has prices to match. The Silver Cloud and Silver Wind -- both launched in 1994 -- are all-suite ships that each carry 296 passengers. The Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper, newer and more spacious than their sisters, offer slightly larger suites and carry 388 passengers. The only one-word descriptive that can properly be applied to these ships is elegant. And with their more extensive facilities, Silversea offers passengers more to do aboard ship than Seabourn or SeaDream. | ||
