Royal Caribbean International |
 |
| Royal Caribbean's newest cruise ship, Freedom of the Seas, has succeeded the ocean liner Queen Mary 2 as the largest passenger ship in the world. And Royal Caribbean's five Voyager class ships are also among the largest at sea, exceeded in size only by Queen Mary. The ships on the whole offer excellent value-for-dollar in providing you with a traditional cruise experience. The next size down, the four Radiance class ships, combine the entertainment and activities of the Voyager class with the extensive use of glass of the Vision class. The Sovereign class ships, which were some of the earliest megaships in the cruise industry, at times offer tremendous values. The Empress of the Seas, which started life as the Nordic Empress, is the line's smallest ship and is favored by cruisers not looking for spectacular features like rock-climbing walls. |
